When most banks are busy transforming their customers’ lives (of course, financially), why should Shriram, which claims to be India’s largest asset-financing NBFC, be counted out of the league? The visual of an obviously happy Madhav peeping out of a truck adds volumes to the communique. The clinching benefit to the brand is that getting a loan is just a signature away and there is a touch of relationship management involved too.
